  • Call the number on the back of your health insurance card and ask for “member services. Be sure to ask these questions to verify out-of-network coverage:

    • Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services provided through telehealth?

    • What is my yearly deductible? Has it been met or how much more until my deductible is met?

    • How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

    • How much does my insurance plan reimburse for an out-of-network provider for CPT code 90837?

    • Do I have a co-pay?

    • Do I need prior authorization for therapy services?

    • After I’ve paid for therapy services, what is the process for being reimbursed by insurance?

  • $185 - 55 minute session

    Couples therapy is not typically covered by insurance but be sure to check with your insurance about your specific out of network coverage

  • Relational Therapy may be a fit for you if….

    • You have already graduated from the “infertility survival skills group” and would like to continue your therapy journey with your partner

    • You are interested in therapy services focused on fostering communication within a specific relationship (ie. husband & wife, mother & daughter, brother & sister)

  • Call the number on the back of your health insurance card and ask for “member services”. Be sure to ask these questions to verify out-of-network coverage:

    • Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services provided through telehealth?

    • Does my insurance plan cover Z codes for couples therapy? (ie. Z63. 0)

    • What is my yearly deductible? Has it been met or how much more until my deductible is met?

    • How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

    • How much does my insurance plan reimburse for an out-of-network provider for CPT codes 90837?
